  1. Service outline
    Face Girl's High School is a free service.
    Face Girl's High School is based on a fiction and not based on any existing persons nor authorities.
  2. Personal information protection
    The photo you sent and the nickname will only be used to send the result of Face Girl's High School "Face Check" and will not be disclosed or given to any third parties.
  3. Prohibited activity
    The following activities are strictly prohibited for users when using this service.
    Users who act any of these prohibited activities will be rejected by the service immediately without any notice and if their act leads to any damages towards Spicebox or other users, he/she will be liable to give an indemnity.

    • Using photos which will violate copyright, portrait rights, constitute an innovation of privacy or credit and circulate the check results.
    • Violating the use of the service by providing or operating it without permission and any acts to obstruct the service or supporting any interfering activities.
    • Any acts to discriminate or abuse any certain persons, organizations, products etc. and bring disgrace on these parties.
    • Any acts judged as inappropriate by the site based on rational reasons.
  4. Users' obligation and responsibility
    Users are assumed to have accepted the following obligations and responsibilities when using the service.
    • Any claims or requisition occurred against the breaking the terms defined by the company or violating the rights of third parties while the user was sending the contents during the use of the service or accessing the service shall be dealt and paid by the user.
    • Users will be liable to pay the fee or compensation (including lawyers fee the company have to pay to settle the case) if any claims or requisitions occurred by the act of user who violates the terms.
  5. Disclaimer
    Users are on their responsibility for sending the photo and the keyword they use for the service.

    Spicebox Inc. shall not be responsible for any damages or loss caused by the photos sent by users and keywords they use for the service.
    The operator of the service may change the contents of the service or terminate the service without an advance notice to users. The operator is not liable for users in case of the above. If perchance a trouble occurs between users, the company is not responsible for it and it is advised that the trouble will be dealt by those who are involved.

    Users are regarded that they have agreed that the company is not liable for any damages or losses related to the site, or anything related to its services when they use the service.
  6. Change of the terms
    The terms are subject to change and Spicebox Inc. may change them without an advance notice to users. Users are assumed they have confirmed and agreed to the terms when using the service.
